Do you accept my insurance?
AW Physio and Sports Performance does not accept insurance, as we are considered an out-of-network provider. We are a cash-based physical therapy practice, but can provide paperwork you can submit to insurance for possible reimbursement.

Why don’t you accept insurance?
At AW Physio and Sports Performance, we pride ourselves in providing you with the best, one-on-one care with a highly-trained, licensed physical therapist who values your health as much as you do, and will get you back in the game quicker, stronger, and smarter. We do not want your treatment to be limited by the restrictions and confines of insurance.
Do I need a prescription, script or physician's referral?
No. In California, patients can be treated by a physical therapist for 12 visits or 45 days, whichever comes first, before needing to obtain a physician’s prescription for continued physical therapy.
Contact us to make an appointment right now. Having quick or immediate access to your physical therapist can often be the difference between your condition being temporary or chronic.
What do you treat?
We provide treatment for orthopedic conditions including nonsurgical injuries or everyday aches and pains, as well as rehabilitation after surgical procedures.
Can I get a Good Faith Estimate?
If you do not plan to file a claim with your insurance, we will provide you with a "Good Faith Estimate" of our costs when you schedule at least 3 days in advance. If you would like to request a Good Faith Estimate before scheduling, please contact us.
